Natural Gold Koi

Before the Kenzen brand existed, the food was called Natural Gold koi food under the brand Pretty Bird / Pretty Pets.

2010
Expanded Products

While Natural Gold koi food was already great for koi, we began collaborating with a seasoned koi keeper to produce the best koi nutrition.

Feeding Trials

After extensive research, Natural Gold formula was adjusted and feeding trials were held to ensure koi health and color improved.

Launch of Kenzen

Kenzen was officially launched with superior formulation which contained not only nucleotides from the original Natural Gold formula, but low fiber and clean protein sources which led to healthier, happier fish.

Rebrand

Kenzen unveiled a complete rebrand, featuring a new logo, an overhauled website, and modernized packaging.
